#3  Place an order and share your Photos
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You can send us all your photos by replying to this message.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

When we have received all your photos, we will start working on your order. Leave your current email address during checkout and we will send a draft of your portrait to that email address within 48 hours. If you wish to make any corrections, we will be happy to do so.

And when that is done;

  • If you have ordered a 'Digital File', your order will be sent to your email address. You will receive a high-resolution 300dpi printable file.
  • If you've ordered physical items such as posters, canvas or framed canvas; It will be sent to the production and shipping process and we'll also inform you of shipping and tracking details.

• When we get the proof approval, please allow 1-4 business days for the production process.

• We work with print providers in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, and Australia, your order will be produced and shipped from the provider closest to your location. 

• It will arrive at your home within 2 to 4 business days.

• We will also inform you of the shipping details and tracking number.

• Your portrait will be shipped in protective packaging with a tracking number.
