can i preview my artwork before shipment?

Yes! We offer free artwork proofs on all orders. You will receive your artwork to review within 24-48 hours or less after your order is placed. You may request unlimited revisions until your artwork is just the way you like it.

What Makes A Good Photo?

- Upload a clear, high-resolution photo

- Avoid photos with dark lighting

- Please avoid using any filters to ensure we can color your artwork correctly

- Make sure everything you would like shown in the artwork is visible in the image

Can You Add or Remove Something From Photo?

Absolutely, though to save time, please let us know about all the changes you want to do before placing your order.

Can you Combine Multiple Photos?

Yes! If you'd like us to create your portrait from multiple photos, simply upload all of your images and select the 'Combine Photos' add-on when placing your order. If you have any notes for the artist, please add them when you upload your photos. We'll combine all photos digitally into one image and send to you for approval. Once you approve the final combined photo, we'll pass it on to our design team to create your custom portrait.

What if I want a drawing with more than 10 people?

We usually work with large families and big groups from companies, so we can create a custom portrait from 1 to 50 people. 😊 and we can combine all your family members from both group and individual photos.

Can you Work with old photos?

We usually work with old or cropped or black and white pictures so I can repair/colorize/retouch them. :) Also we use ai photo enhancer app if needed we can upscale your photos for no extra cost.
